We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Mortgage Alliance and Portfolio Strategy.

Principal Responsibilities

We are seeking a Strategic Business Alliance Portfolio Retention Manager to drive mortgage business growth through strategic partnerships while also overseeing portfolio growth. This dual-function role is crucial in expanding acquisition channels through alliances with developers, real estate agents, and fintech platforms, while also enhancing customer retention strategies through sales and retention teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, optimizing mortgage partnerships, and driving customer acquisition retention initiatives, ensuring a seamless mortgage journey from acquisition to repricing.

Strategic Partnerships Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with property developers, real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and digital platforms to increase mortgage referralsEstablish partnerships with fintech, proptech, and alternative lending platforms to enhance digital acquisitionDrive co-branded initiatives, joint promotions, and strategic collaborations to optimize lead generationEnsure alignment with internal underwriting, risk, and operations teams for seamless execution of partnership strategiesPortfolio StrategyWork closely with Sales and Retention Team Head to enhance both acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction, conversion and reduced attritionOversee customer segmentation strategies to personalize retention efforts based on loan tenure, interest rate trends, and competitive market insightsDevelop proactive engagement programs, including rate review notifications, refinancing advisory, and loyalty incentives, to prevent customer churnCollaborate with Product, Props and Marketing teams to implement campaigns to drive portfolio growthRelationship Management Stakeholder EngagementAct as the main liaison between strategic partners and internal teamsEngage with property developers, real estate professionals, and financial intermediaries to maintain strong long-term relationshipsWork closely with the sales retention team to provide guidance, best practices, and insights for portfolio growth effortsMarket Insights, Analytics Competitive StrategyMonitor competitor mortgage pricing, refinancing trends, and market movements to refine acquisition and retention strategiesAnalyse portfolio performance metrics, including repricing rates, customer tenure, and churn patterns, to improve retention initiativesLeverage customer behaviour insights and CRM tools to recommend proactive customer engagement strategiesPerformance Monitoring OptimizationTrack and analyse partnership ROI, including lead conversions, revenue impact, and cost efficiencyEnsure key performance metrics (KPIs) for retention, such as retention rate and refinancing conversions are metWork with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in all business alliance and retention strategies
