We are looking for a senior Business Partner, Roche Diagnostics China supporting the General Manager and his leadership team, as well as with potential for tackling the responsibility as P&C BP Network Coach for Roche China.   

The Opportunity:

As the Head of Business Partner for Roche Diagnostics China, you will lead a dynamic team of 10 Business Partners and play a crucial role in crafting the future of our organization. You will have the opportunity to be part of the Asia Pacific P&C Excellence Team and Asia Pacific Diagnostics BP Leadership Team, contributing to our ambitious 10-year plans.

You build trusted relationships with the General Manager and key business leaders, serving as an experienced coach and mentor to craft long-term business strategy and patient-centric priorities.

You translate key business priorities into impactful People & Culture strategies, driving diversity, inclusion, and future talent capabilities across the organization.

You act as a strategic partner and coach for fostering VACC leadership, advancing organizational design, and crafting an inclusive work culture.

You lead the development of capabilities for Business Partners in the China network and collaborate with other Network Coaches to share best practices.

Who You Are:

You have strong business acumen and a focus on the future of work, with a proven track record to lead large-scale initiatives to address long-term People & Culture needs.

You demonstrated VACC leadership, collaboration, and co-creation abilities, leveraging digital tools to drive impactful change.

With enterprise mindset and system thinking, you enable effective collaboration across business areas in a fast-paced environment.

You have proven experience in crafting People & Culture across diverse business areas, with the ability to navigate and influence the P&C system at a strategic level.

You have excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated topics into manageable strategies.

You speak fluent in Chinese and English.

Your previous professional experience in China is a pre-requisite.
