The Vice President, PMO is responsible for leading the PMO team through the successful implementation of NeoSystems projects, both at our clients and on internal projects. He/she works effectively with external and internal organizations to execute consulting and project planning methodologies, tools and standards, provides financial management as well as ideas and strategies for improvements. Being responsible for all aspects of the project, the PMO Lead leads a team of project managers that applies the Lifecycle Implementation methodology, overseeing project scope, budget, risks, communications, issue management and ensuring satisfaction of project objectives. He/she provides overall project leadership for the implementation team and the client on project-related issues. Within his/her main responsibilities, the PMO Lead works on multiple projects simultaneously focusing on:
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team of project managers
• Establishing and maintaining document consistent project management methodology and practices
• Sets up Project Initiation Documents for projects, varying in scope and timelines
• Coordinates all activities for our business consultants and technical team members
• Ensures PMO communicated project status with customer at least semi-monthly or as needed to include internal Stakeholders
• Monitors the adherence to our proven implementation methodology and the focus on results in terms of quality, costs, timeliness and customer satisfaction
• Contributes to the continuous development and improvement of our project management methodology and project management tools
• Obtains needed resources; work with Resource Manager
• Manages project team performance and provide status updates and feedback to managers for input to the project performance evaluations
• Prepares for and present at QA reviews
• Checks own work to ensure quality control – may review the work of PMO staff
• Performs implementation tasks in adherence to established controls/procedures
• Meets assigned deliverables for assigned projects
• Ensures project successfully closes within scope, budget and timeline
• Identifies, elevates and mitigates risk successfully
• Seek out opportunities for creating efficiencies and other enhancements to the established project management approach
• Ensure all projects are properly managed from a resource, scope, and financial perspective
• Establish and maintain working relationship with customer counterparts
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business / IT or related field or equivalent work experience required
• Project Management experience required
• PMP Certification
• Familiarization with IT software implementation processes
• Must be a flexible, creative problem solver and have excellent conflict management skills
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
• Able to listen for opportunities to provide additional products and services to clients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with SmartSheets, Microsoft Project, or other project management toolset
Favorable Attributes:
• Knowledge of accounting or finance software packages preferably Deltek Costpoint, Integrify, UltiPro, NetSuite, Adaptive or IBM Cognos products
• Master’s Degree in Business or IT field or CPA
