We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
Use significant risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.Develop the go-to-market strategy and articulates the value of placement function and participates within pricing of services as applicable.Facilitate submission of coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers based upon the “assist, advise, and assume” transaction model.Bind coverage and is responsible for the accuracy of placement binders.Create and maintain relationships with practice, insurance markets, clients carriers and/or underwriters to provide cohesive client service.Advise on changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.Working Together with the regional and other respective parties to drive the growth of the power specialty in Indonesia across the segment/specialtyInterface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production.Drive senior placement/technical support activities on assigned accounts, such as ensuring procedural compliance, reviewing data and updating annual renewal exhibits, maintaining accurate placement system entries, to ensure contract execution as requiredThis role will offer the successful candidate fantastic exposure across a small team and a steep learning curve which in turn will offer great opportunities for career development.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of experiences within insurance broking, ideally within Power.Attained minimum Certificate in Indonesia Broking Association or equivalent will be an advantageWhat makes you stand out?
