As the Vice President of Product at Healthgrades, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our dual-sided market strategy. This strategy aims to bring together

market-leading consumer experiences for finding and scheduling care with products that fuel growth for health systems and providers. We are seeking a candidate who can combine a data-driven approach with big-picture thinking to set a strategy and delivery plan that optimizes and modernizes our in-market products, supporting scalable growth. 

In this role, you will be responsible for all product management functions, providing day-to-day leadership over the delivery teams. Your experience in product operations, including taxonomy, sales training, product stage-gating, and prioritization frameworks, will be crucial to your success. As a successful candidate, you will have at least 10 years of experience, partnering with technology teams to deliver products that meet market needs. 

Reporting directly to the EVP & GM of Healthgrades, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings and drive the growth of our organization. This role will involve managing 3-5 direct reports and up to 30 indirect reports, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and delivery plan to optimize and modernize in-market products.  Apply a data-driven approach combined with big-picture thinking to set strategic direction and prioritize product initiatives.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.  Lead and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.  Oversee product operations, including taxonomy development, sales training, product stage-gating, and prioritization frameworks.  Partner with technology teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs and drive scalable growth.  Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.  Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health systems and providers, to understand their needs and drive product adoption.  Collaborate with the EVP & GM of Healthgrades to align product strategy with overall business goals and objectives.  Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on product performance, roadmap progress, and key metrics.  Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product organization.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in product development and delivery.  What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.  Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technology-driven products.  Proven track record of successfully developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and deliver value to customers.  Strong understanding of health care technologies and trends, with a passion for improving patient outcomes.  Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.  Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.  Deep understanding of product operations, including taxonomy development, sales training, and prioritization frameworks.  Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with overall business goals.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.  Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields is highly desirable.  Consumer-focused digital and ecommerce experience is a plus  Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare product development is a plus. 

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

Starting Salary: $183,750 - $240,000 (plus stock options & bonus potential)
