Vice President, Product Management Job ID 205053 Posted 06-Feb-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) Dallas - Texas - United States of America, Richardson - Texas - United States of America About the Role: We are looking for a Vice President of Product Management to create the product vision and lead the next-generation end-to-end platform delivery for our Building Optimization and Experience (BOE) business. We want a change agent with a “can do” attitude, who is passionate about innovation and an entrepreneur who likes working backward from customer needs and tackling complex, ambiguous problems. This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, executive visibility, and a large opportunity for impact. This role works with the global executive leadership team for our BOE business and their direct and matrix teams within Digital & Technology to set strategy and manage digital and technology products across the globe. This role is responsible for growing and managing a team of Product Managers and Designers who deliver and support products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. What You’ll Do: •Lead global product delivery of our platform, enabling executive leaders and end users (CBRE & partner groups) in our BOE business. •Define the technology investment strategy to enable BOE working with key stakeholders, championing emerging technology like AI-ML and other evolving digital tools leveraging build-buy-partner strategy. •Create and lead complex technology initiatives from conception to global execution, collaborating with cross-organization virtual teams to support global strategy. •Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders to define, test, validate, and implement new features and ideas that enhance the customer experience efficiently. •Serve as an internal champion for marketing technology initiatives, helping marketers and digital product managers adopt best practices and available customer insights. •Establish and maintain successful relationships with complex cross-functional stakeholders across business segments, peers, and leadership. •Lead a high performing global Product and Design team to deliver high-impact results in a matrix organization What You’ll Need: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, Design, or a related field. •15+ years of experience in product management, digital product leadership, or technology delivery management (e.g., Product Management, Design, Research, or overall accountability for product development and delivery. •Prior experience in commercial real estate delivering CMMS products is a big plus. •Previous experience with the delivery of relevant digital products supporting internal and external customers, preferably in a global context. •Proven experience managing technology products with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes. •Capable of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable business recommendations. •First-hand Design Thinking knowledge and background leveraging third-party best-in-class tools where needed across the ecosystem. •Ability to run and support a strong prioritization process that creates clarity for stakeholders on what will happen and what will not happen. •Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize a strategy at every level of the organization.
