**Overview**
The VP will lead with empathy and direct focus on the broad success of the team, be accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies and health within their account(s). They will collaborate across multiple CRM stakeholders to inspire a shared vision for the combined Client and Razorfish project team, and will run increasingly larger and more complex programs for assigned client. VPs are actively mentoring and coaching next generation Program Managers.
This position will be based in the Plano, TX office at least three days a week.
**Responsibilities**
Core Craft Skills
• Ability to support difficult scoping conversations with Clients to drive scope trade-offs keeping constraints such as Client budget or timeline in mind
• Ensures that our internal interests are clearly protected in terms of unambiguous scope, articulate assumptions and third party dependencies for large programs
General Management
• Ability to run an increasingly larger and more complex program for a client, or multiple programs; ability to partner across multiple agencies
• Accountable for the delivery team’s organization, operational efficiencies and health within their account(s)
• Responsible for staffing of Delivery team members within assigned account(s)
• Delivers accurate financial management of the accounts/brands to which they are assigned and for delivering improved account margins
Communication & Consulting
• Ability to apply emotional intelligence to pick up on non-verbal cues to indicate if an audience is aligned and connected with the message;
• Ability to be agile with their communication to ensure the key message(s) resonate
• Proactively delivers hard or difficult messages; and does so with ease
• Ability to present and deliver clear messaging in front of large Executive-Level group audiences (public speaking)
• Ability to successfully set and manage internal, Client and third party expectations, such that surprises have been avoided, and Stakeholders view their engagements positively
Team Management
• Commitment and focus on growing other program managers, actively mentor and coach managees (direct and/or indirect), provide real-time and constructive feedback to peers and others.
• Ability to provide inputs and guidance on decision making; is looked to as a member of the leadership team for the account.
• Ability to motivate people horizontally and vertically and form quality relationships within the internal and Client organizations;
• Ability to build commitment in the team
• Ability to assess the effectiveness of team dynamics/communications and diagnose/implement corrective actions where challenges may occur
• Create opportunities to give people the chance to stretch, then observe and provide feedback
• Ability to accept truths and integrate with people in tough situations in a way that makes others feel respected and valued
• Ability to present learning opportunities with team members and peers when presented with failure
• Ability to identify each party's goals and manage expectations objectively
**Qualifications**
• 10-12+ years experiencing running large complex programs
• Influences internal and client teams to find solutions to prevent project impact
• Establishes processes for scope management and change control and has the ability to drive difficult scope change discussions and actions with clients
• Proactively identifies difficult team situations and implements corrective action where challenges may occur
• Provides consultative advice to CRM Clients/Client Services that help drive CRM solutions
• Owns one or more mid-level client relationship
• Critical partner with account leadership on growing the existing account revenue and across capabilities
• Ability to lead our teams to execute selected methodologies and to suggest customizations to methodology, tools and processes based on Client and project level specifics
• Ability to deal with challenging situations/interactions and drive the collaboration process to get key Clients to make difficult decisions during a session

Compensation Range: $171,800 - $234,570 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
