Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President, Provider Partnerships to oversee our Sales, Partner Success and Partner Support teams. This leader will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with senior living communities and home care agencies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our partners receive exceptional support and service. A key focus of this role will be expanding our partner network while ensuring the retention, satisfaction, and alignment of our partners with the needs of care seekers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow Caring’s network of senior living communities and home care agencies, while deepening engagement with existing partners. Drive revenue growth through targeted expansion, ensuring Caring has a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of partners that are well-matched to the needs of our care seekers. Ensure that the sales team has the tools, training, and insights needed to engage new prospective partners, convert opportunities and meet performance goals. Maximize the lifetime value of partnerships by providing exceptional service and support. Design and optimize partner success processes and deliverables to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and retention for a diverse range of partners. Collaborate with internal support teams to enhance workflows and resolve operational challenges that impact partner satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate to top partners ensuring their feedback and needs are integrated into organizational priorities.  Build scalable systems to track, analyze, and optimize partner performance and satisfaction, implementing actionable improvements to achieve business objectives. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing Sales, Partner Success and Partner Support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent Caring at trade conferences, partner events, and industry gatherings to promote the brand and strengthen partner relationships. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to ensure Caring remains at the forefront of senior care partnerships.

 

Qualifications:

10+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, partner success, or partner support roles. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through targeted partner acquisition and expansion, ideally in a marketplace that strives to align partners with customer needs. Proven success in managing and scaling inside sales teams and in optimizing account management and support functions. Track record of building long-term productive relationships with strategic partners through effective account management. Strong background in developing and improving systems and processes to drive partner satisfaction and retention. Prior experience scaling operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Exceptional ability to manage, mentor, and grow teams while achieving ambitious goals. Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to manage a pipeline, make informed decisions and improve team performance. Experience in the senior living or home care industry is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders. Adept at navigating complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
