POSITION SUMMARY
The VP, Recruitment is a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and is responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition efforts across the enterprise. With the newly centralized function, the VP, Recruitment will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving innovation in talent sourcing and cultivating a diverse, talented, and high-performance workforce. This role demands a results-driven, strategic thinker who can effectively lead teams, foster relationships with senior leaders across our lines of business and contribute to the overall success of Constellis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with overall business objectives and organizational growth plans Deliver expertise, consultation, and direction in all areas related to enterprise-wide talentLead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, collaboration, and innovation Oversee the selection, delivery, and infusion of relevant technologies, systems, tools, and metrics related to the recruitment lifecycle Guide the team in developing new sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, managing external partnerships (e.g., colleges, portals, and vendors), and expanding external employee branding efforts Partner with marketing to elevate the organization’s employer brand and position it as an employer of choice in the industry Develop and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and ensure continuous improvement Ensure a seamless, positive, and inclusive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree a plus Minimum 10-15 years of experience in recruitment management Have a business acumen with the ability to apply successful business principles to the talent acquisition process Demonstrated career growth that reflects positive trajectory in skill and leadership experience Exceptional interviewing and relationship building capabilities Demonstrated initiative to effectively support the needs of the business and apply best practices in recruiting Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels within the organization Experience leading a team, growing and mentoring team members Demonstrated effective experience in training, presenting, and vendor negotiations Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to include metrics and reporting Prior experience with ADP a plus.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
