Team Overview:
Taiwan Client Business team serves various clients, including distributors and non-distributors across client segments, by providing investment solutions and services across asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the competitive landscape and position BlackRock to grow market share and to explore new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute business plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative goalsLeverage global and local resources to provide advise-based solutions that solidify long term relationships, while exploring and capturing additional business opportunitiesCo-work with APAC segment heads and local teams to share insights and conduct constructive dialogues with clients and to help guide strategiesEnsure frequent high-quality dialogue and develop relationships with existing and potential clients, especially in bank and wealth segmentsProvide and deliver presentations for workshops, seminars and client meetings as appropriate to represent BlackRockKey Qualifications:
8-10 years as an experienced investment professional and familiar with wealth management industry is preferredBachelor’s degree and local securities license is required, MBA/CFA is preferredSelf-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellenceOutstanding relationship management skills, experience, and ability to become a trusted client advisorStrong time management, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skillsStrong team player, who can collaborate credibly internally to leverage the Firm’s resources locally and globallyAmbitious work ethic, professional disposition, detail–oriented, and a passion for investmentsAbility to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions; can work through difficult problems and in conflict situationsFlexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel when requiredOur benefits

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
