Vice President, Reporting and Analytics

JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President of Reporting and Analytics is responsible for the strategic leadership of the consolidated reporting and analytics function within all Business services segments, including Small and Medium Business and Enterprise. Leads the automation and standardization of reporting and an investment and expansion in analytics across all business segments and interacts closely with senior leadership teams across the company. Key functional teams supported include Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and lead a team of highly skilled reporting and analytics professionals to simplify, automate, and create  best-in-class reporting solutions across all functional areas within the Small and Medium Business and Enterprise segment. Consolidate, automate, and produce executive presentations.Develop and utilize analytical and reporting frameworks to measure business performance across all supported functional teams. Standardize reporting formats, user interface platforms, update processes and technology tools, and standardize the creation of agent, supervisor and manager scorecards.Lead quality management and campaign performance reporting and report and analyze performance against base management campaigns and initiatives.Support go-to-market strategies and tactics with market-level reporting of competitor reach and offers to deliver competitive intelligence for the Small and Medium Business Enterprise segment.Cohort specific reporting and analysis on the customer base for tech refresh and associated rate actions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through formal presentations across all organizational levels and audiences, both internally and with external stakeholders and vendors.Ability to lead a multi-level team engaged on multiple complex projects while coordinating efforts across a variety of functional areas.Ability to influence and build consensus across the organization, including at the senior executive levels.Ability to think analytically and strategically, developing informed decisions and translating strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results.Proficient in finance and accounting, in particular with respect to understanding business results and developing and presenting budgets and business plans.Ability to use personal computer and software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degrees in information systems, marketing, management, finance, statistics, or economics.

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Sales, marketing, or operational reporting analytics experience – 10 years

People leadership experience – 8 years

Office environment

Travel as required.
