WHAT OUR VICE PRESIDENT, RESIDENTIAL GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY AND PLANNING ENJOY MOST
Developing campaign strategies based on proven marketing best practices and modern marketing strategies targeted new subscriber acquisition for residential passings.Driving qualified sales opportunities to online and sales call centers to directly contribute to overall sales productivity, achievement of marketing and sales goals and attainment of targets.Designing, targeting and sizing campaigns based on demographic and buying propensity models from data available within our internal and external sources.Partnering with Product Marketing to align product positioning and messaging as well as known buying criteria and behaviors for prospects across multiple dwell types (SDU, MDU, etc).Partnering with Marketing Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and document and report on campaign attribution, direct marketing contribution and overall marketing influence.Contributing to the development of long term data management platform strategies for targeting and retargeting of digital and direct response tactics.
Working closely with the sales leadership team to develop high yielding marketing tactics to drive subscriber growth.Supporting launch of campaigns to inbound sales, online and other sales teams with development of campaign summary.
You’ll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through partnering with cross-functional teams to leverage brand messages, content, product positioning and audience strategies to design well targeted and effective campaigns using direct response tactics, digital ads and traditional media. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Progressive responsibility in marketing, demand or lead generation strategy, execution, and communications 15+ years. Leadership experience of marketing teams with > 15 employees 7-10+ years.Education: Bachelor’s degree requiredTechnical skills: Knowledge of enterprise B2C marketing. Expertise in modern marketing strategies and platforms enabled by marketing automation, customer relationship management systems, segmentation and personalization strategies, and digital targeting marketing platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of the latest techniques in account-based marketing and complex account marketing strategies.Skills: Must be able to multi-task across at multiple different functional teams, agency partners and all marketing team members.Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English.
