Vice President of Revenue Operations (ROPS)

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to drive operational strategy, execution, and innovation for DaVita's revenue cycle team. This executive will be a leader in shaping our long-term organizational vision and owning the execution, including, creating and leading transformational initiatives, executing on our technology strategy, maximizing financial performance, and creating and fostering a special place for teammates.

What will you do?

Enterprise Operational Leadership:

Direct and oversee strategies that optimize and grow yield and revenueSpearhead initiatives that leverage technology and data to maximize growth and improve efficiencyLead continuous process improvement efforts to enhance revenue cycle design and processEstablish and track key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsEnsure operational efficiency in revenue management through a combination of leading best practices, developing team members, and innovation

Strategic Vision & Problem-Solving:

Develop and carry out a multi-year vision and strategy to drive continued growth and innovationAlign revenue operations with evolving healthcare industry trends and regulatory changesOversee complex problem-solving efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-makingServe as a thought leader, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational transformationCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure revenue operations is positioned as a strategic business enabler and thought partner

Leadership / Creating a Special Place:

Manage and lead a high-performing team, driving engagement, enablement, talent development, and succession planningManage a geographically dispersed team, including 4-6 direct reports and200-300 indirect teammatesLead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American HealthcareLead through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of lane in the interest of bettering the overall organizationCoach, motivate and develop teammates through formal and informal feedback and development opportunities in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core ValuesRelentlessly fostering a special place to work and grow a career for all teammates

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with senior executives to define organizational prioritiesServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendationsDevelop and deliver presentations on revenue operations performance, trends, strategic initiatives, and recommendations to enhance performanceTranslate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or related field)10+ years of leadership experience in an operational leadership role (revenue operations not required), preferably within a similar industry with comparable scaleProven track record of leading and motivating large-scale teams in a complex operational environment achieving financial objectivesExperience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographiesDemonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process optimizationStrong ability to influence at the executive level as well motivate their team to drive organization-wide changeExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to manage budgets along with a large team  Experience navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare revenue operations a plus

Salary/ Wage Range

$200,000.00 - $400,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
