We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Risk and Control.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Lead the First Line of Defence Risk Management FrameworkThe First Line of Defence Framework includes all Risk Control related tasks, including developing appropriate Risk Control Assessment (RCAs), Control Monitoring Assessment (CMA), Key Risk Indicator (KRIs), Risk Appetite and the Management Information (MI), and reporting, which ensure effective BAU monitoringPrepare governance materials for Head of Business to ensure strong oversight on risk topicsProvide oversight of risk and control assessments and monitoring in countryDemonstrate experience in incident management and investigation; work with stakeholders to identify the root causes, ensure required remediation, and escalation to regulators if necessaryImplement Risks and Control Framework including control monitoring plansCoordinate and prepare responses to regulatory request, such as MAS CRAFT request for information, MAS Consultation Paper, and general queries relating to incidentsBe comfortable in managing internal and external reviews, including preparing of Management Action Plans, tracking, and validating closure of the plans
