With over 1,500 specialty SKUs spanning 500+ product families,Vybondserves 1,500+ customers across the HVAC, building and construction, industrial, retail, medical, aerospace, automotive, and other specialty industries. **POSITION SUMMARY:** TheVice PresidentofSalesisresponsible forleading the overall sales strategy and execution forVybond’sSpecialtyTapes & Adhesives business. This role willlead the sales organizationand work with cross-functional teams todeliverhigh-qualityproducts and servicesto our customers.They will drive revenueand profit growth, expand market share,and strengthencustomerrelationships.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proventrackrecordin sales leadership. **Responsibilities** + Sales Strategy & Leadership + Develop andimplementacomprehensive sales strategythat aligns with the company’s overall businessobjectivesand marketopportunities. + Identifyand pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, verticals, and strategic partnerships. + Collaborate with executive leadership team to set short- and long-term sales goalsand revenue targets. + Work withthecommercial team to developannual and strategic plans to meet revenue, profit,and market penetration goals. + Team Management + Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. + Train and develop top sales talent, ensuring alignment with the company values and strategicobjectives. + Establish performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching, feedback,and professional development opportunities. + Foster a culture ofexcellence,accountability, and collaboration within the salesteams andthe organization. + Customer Focus and Relationship Management + Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key customer partners and industry influencers. + Develop customer-centric strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. + Act as the company’s primary representative in key negotiations and partnership discussions. + Sales Operations& Planning + Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensureaccurateandtimelytracking of sales. + Participates in the development of sales compensation plans and review programs with sales personnel to align with business plans. + Develop andmaintaina sales pipeline and implement targeted plans for key accounts. + Optimizesales processes and leverage CRM tools to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate withfinance and product management toalign pricingandpromotional strategies. + Cross-Functional Collaboration + Collaborate with commercial team tounderstand customer needs, competitive landscape, emerging trends,and market insights. + Work with the cross-functionalteam todrive innovation, new productdevelopment, gatherfeedback on product performanceand enhancement opportunities. + Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral, marketing campaigns and trade show strategies. + Partner with supply chainand customer service to ensure we meet or exceed industry service levels. + Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events. **Qualifications** + 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience; preferably within theTapes&Adhesivessector. + Degreein Business,Engineering,Marketing,or relatedfield. + Experiencedatbuildinghigh-performingsales organizations. + Proven track-record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. + Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies and managing complex sales cycles. **Skills and Competencies** **:** + Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpretation skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. + Resultsoriented,able to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans and managethe teamto achieve desired outcomes; has a sense of urgency and fosters the same in others. + Ability to travel extensively (50%+).
