Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll play a vital role in advancing the organization's growth strategy by developing and managing high-impact strategic partnerships. In this role you’ll responsible for identifying alliance opportunities that align with company objectives and enhancing market position. You’ll oversee the full partnership lifecycle, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, from the initial concept through to execution and implementation. This includes leading efforts that are integral to inorganic growth strategy, ensuring the role's high visibility and significant impact within the organization.

About the Role

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute partnership strategy.Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic alliances to drive innovation and expand market reach.Lead end-to-end partnership processes, from identification to execution.Negotiate and structure complex agreements, including joint ventures.Foster relationships with key external partners for ongoing collaboration.Work closely with internal teams to promote collaboration and implement initiatives.Coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth integration of partnerships.Assess financial impacts of partnerships, including revenue forecasts.Prepare and present business cases to the executive team.Stay updated on industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.Act as a thought leader, contributing to strategic discussions with senior leadership.Build and mentor a high-performing strategic partnerships team.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field12-15+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development or strategyProven track record of identifying, negotiating and managing high-value partnerships in a public company or high-growth late-stage private companyStrong financial acumen and experience building complex business cases and partnership structuresExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external partnersExperience in managing cross-functional teams and driving successful partnership integrationsDeep understanding of corporate strategy, industry dynamics and market trends with a focus on partnership-driven growth

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on large-scale, complex strategic partnerships within the banking, mortgage, or FIG sectors.Previous experience in a high-growth private or public company within consumer internet, technology, financial services, real estate, or relevant industry sector.Proven track record of strategic partnership deal execution and management of high-impact strategic projects.

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is two hundred seven thousand dollars to four hundred sixty-six thousand dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.  More information regarding these benefits and others can be found here.  The information regarding compensation and other benefits included in this paragraph is only an estimate and is subject to revision from time to time as the Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, deems appropriate.
