We are looking for a Vice President focused on Strategy Enablement of our Cyber and Data Resilience service line. The role supports the variety of organizational, analytical, and managerial needs to manage our service line. This role involves working alongside the senior leaders of the Cyber and Data Resilience service line to manage Special Projects, Key Initiatives, and evolving priorities of Kroll’s leadership team.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Cyber and Data Resilience leadership to execute prioritized business strategies Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on project status, track project deliverables, highlight potential delays, risks, and issues along with recommended remediation paths Provide department leaders with recommendations and tactical plans to improve teamwork Ability to operate in highly confidential and critical business demands (e.g. compensation strategy, acquisitions, cost transformation) Coordinate with various departments to help drive connectivity across the Service Line Manage budgets related to Cyber and Data Resilience strategic projects, where needed Where opportunities arise, provide self-driven business development opportunities from personal network of relationships Manage Cyber and Data and Resilience leadership’s schedules, scheduling meetings and planning travel as needed.ESSENTIAL TRAITS:
Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree highly desirable A minimum of 5 years work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or related industries. Understanding of the pace, expectations, working environment, and cadence of a large professional services organization Strong orientation to team culture and cross-functionality History of driving complex internal and external projects in the face of ambiguity Demonstrated drive for results through a history of achievements and strategy Strong knowledge of the business, finance, and analytics Proven history of dealing with ambiguity with innovation and creativity Experience managing a diverse team Experience with technology implementations preferred Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment. Proven interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Excellent written, verbal communication, and reporting skills
The current salary range for this position is $90,000 to $180,000.
