General Summary:
The Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy and Analytics will lead our order fulfillment, flow planning, and overall supply chain strategy. This role will partner with MP&A, stores, digital, brand presidents, and supply chain partners. This leader will take a holistic view of supply chain networks, nodes, systems, flow, and service levels as itrelates to order fulfillment and customer experience for direct to consumer, stores, and wholesale. The ideal candidate will understand and drive the strategy to prioritize speed, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction through operations and the latest technology. This leader will cultivate strong partnerships rooted in the shared goal of enhancing customer experience, retaining and increasing sales, minimizing expenses and optimizing key metrics such as click-to-porch and service level agreements (SLA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain and fulfillment strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances the customer experience across all businesses and channels including Logistics Centers, Ship from Store, and vendor drop ship.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with MP&A, stores, digital, brand presidents, and supply chain partners. Act as the primary point of contact for direct to consumer fulfillment-related matters.
• Process Improvement: Identify issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in flow and fulfillment processes. Utilize data analysis and reporting to drive process enhancements, compliance, and to keep business partners informed of key metrics.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor fulfillment team, fostering a culture of development, continuous improvement and innovation.
• Technology Integration: Research and evaluate innovative technologies resulting in enhancing the facilitation of flow through the Supply chain network and fulfillment operations that result in improved customer experiences. Oversee the execution of approved projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Performance Accountability: Monitor and analyze supply chain flow and fulfillment performance metrics, including demand forecasting accuracy, capacity parameters, and shelf replenishment time. Maintain/adjust Fulfillment Optimizer configuration to meet the desired business results for each business. Drive improvements to meet customer expectations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory accuracy across all direct-to-customer inventory systems. Manage product flow and address inventory issues promptly. Recommend systems/actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Vendor Management: Oversee third-party Drop Ship (DS) service provider activities and manage operational relationships with vendors. Drive the drop ship vendor activation process and influence merchandising, IT, and vendor collaboration.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate new contracts for, Drop Ship (DS), Order Management Systems (OMS) and store fulfillment systems. Resolve priority system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Administration: Manage compliance processes, providing feedback and enforcing standards for stores and vendors with a focus on safety stock, order max, new store set-up, BOSTS shut down and order cancellation, WISMO, and VOC. Hold supply chain business partners and fulfillment channels accountable for established service level expectations.

Qualifications
Experience:
• 10+ years in in supply chain management, fulfillment, or a related area, with a track record of leadership, strategic planning, and innovative solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of innovative supply chain and fulfillment technologies, their capabilities and fit for DBI businesses.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
