Principal Responsibilities
Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship managers managing our premier clients to ensure achievement of the business objectivesThe incumbent has a vital role to play in effectively leading and implementing change as an integral part of delivering business strategiesFocus on nurturing and activating team’s portfolio of clients to fund up to Premier Balance, thereby making referrals to Core RM teamsEducating the team to drive client to adopt a Digital First approach with focus on minimizing in branch activities while educating customers to transition to digital and remote channels (For low value activities)Create and maintain an environment the team maximizes performances in achieving overall WPB objectivesEnsure the business run effectively and efficiently in accordance to the WPB operating modelPassionate in coaching and guiding RMs via GROW model to guide and upskill the teamPerform continuous team’s portfolio analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunitiesDetailed, meticulous and precise in identifying opportunities and gaps and ability to craft out quick business strategies to achieve business goalsWorking closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, treasury specialists to provide holistic solutions to our onshore banking premier clientsAbility to constantly inspect what we expect on team’s deliverables on regular basisDemonstrate strong ability to lead the team to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leadsFulfilling clients necessitates while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behaviour from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metricsEnsure the team adhere to all KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhere toAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules regulations adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
