Job Description:

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vendor Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our key vendors to ensure the highest quality of service and cost efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the technology industry.

Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including oversight of the vendor exit strategy.Cost Management: Analyze and manage vendor-related costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless vendor integration and support.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience managing complex vendor relationships within the technology industry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in vendor management software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
