**Qualifications**
**Your Experience**
+ 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level.
+ Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
+ Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, modern compensation and benefits solutions.
+ Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and best practices in Total Rewards.
+ Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new rewards strategies.
+ Proficiency with ADP systems, HRIS platforms, and Total Rewards analytics tools.
+ Bachelor’s degree required; CCP, CEBS, SPHR certifications preferred.

We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role. The actual offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to: job related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications and qualifications.
Compensation range listed is inclusive of both base salary and target bonus. Additionally, this role is eligible for acompetitive long-term incentive equity grant commensurate with corporate Vice President level
