Vice President, Trade Asset Distribution

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President position based in the US, as a full time team member of the Trade Asset Distribution team.

In this role, you will:

Act as a critical member of Trade Asset Distribution Team, contributing to growth of SCTCFS by delivering sell down solutions for transactions booked in Americas, exploring the involvement of US regional & middle market banks into transactions outside US, and contributing to the stability in the “pool” of participating investors into SCTCFS transactionsReport into the global head of Trade Asset Distribution – Supply Chain, Trade and Channel Finance Solutions (“SCTCFS”)Contribute to SCTCFS business growth and profitability by providing sell down support when neededExecute the sell down strategy for Receivables and Payables facilities with investors based in Americas, including participation of US based investors into global dealsNegotiate terms of participation agreements & amendments with investors, coordinate the closing of participations and amendments with Middle Office & Trade Asset Distribution global headManage and grow the relationship with key US based investors (including regional / middle market US banks) in the context of Receivables and Payables participationsManage the portfolio of participations in US: amendments, consents, assist investors through their annual reviews, replacements, transaction restructuringAttend Trade Asset Distribution weekly meetings, CB syndication monthly meetings, and other relevant US based SCTCFS pipeline callsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues in CB, SCTCFS, global teams, FIG, commercial banking syndication team, to resolve issues and achieve goalsDevelop a good market intelligence of US syndicated market, trade finance related deals and practice, including through the attendance of relevant events (ITFA, SF Net, potentially others)

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Client Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification:

5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Syndication and Trade Asset Distribution or Trade FinanceGood command of risk analysis and mitigants for corporate / trade financeGood command of financial accounting and analysisCapacity to communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders, in English and Chinese (Mandarin), in a multi-cultural environment

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
