Vice President, Virtual Health

POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President of Virtual Health will own the profit and loss for billable virtual health services, including remote patient monitoring, virtual office visits, and on-demand virtual visits. This role will also serve as the operational and strategic lead for virtual health innovations, ensuring seamless integration with our overall healthcare delivery model. Responsibilities Own and manage the profit and loss for all virtual health billable services, ensuring revenue growth and cost management while achieving financial targets. Develop and execute a comprehensive virtual health strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and enhances patient access, engagement, and outcomes. Oversee day-to-day operations of virtual health services, ensuring high-quality delivery and patient satisfaction across ambulatory and inpatient settings. Lead the identification and implementation of new virtual health technologies and solutions that enhance care delivery, improve efficiency, and drive patient engagement. Work closely with clinical, IT, and operational teams to ensure the integration of virtual health services into existing workflows and care models. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of virtual health initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Ensure all virtual health programs comply with regulatory requirements, reimbursement policies, and best practices in telehealth. Build strong relationships with physicians, care teams, and administrative leaders to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration in virtual health. Enhance the patient experience by leveraging virtual health technologies to improve access, convenience, and continuity of care. Develop training programs for clinical and operational staff on virtual health services and technologies to maximize adoption and effectiveness. Qualifications Education & Experience: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on virtual health, telehealth, or digital health solutions. Experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving revenue growth in a healthcare setting. Experience in operational management and process improvement methodologies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks in healthcare. Strong understanding of the virtual health landscape, including reimbursement models, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. #LI-BB1
