Job Responsibilities:

To provide full support and assistance to Department HeadTo support new product launch, lead and participate in operations related projectsTo provide guidance and structure to ensure consistent, superior execution with controls and maintain an environment of continuous optimization of team performance and processesTo motivate and ensure staff are well equipped with sufficient skills and knowledge to deal with business growth as well as to mitigate the takeover riskTo work closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. compliance, risk etc.) to implement proper operational procedures in regulatory and compliance (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS etc.)

Job Requirements:

University education or aboveMinimum of 8 years of experience in treasury with not less than 3 years at managerial levelSound knowledge in areas of treasury productsSound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and proceduresGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood leadership and people management skillsComputer literacy with good excel skillsProficiency in Cantonese and English
