Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Go To Market Partner Funding Program Lead
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, GTM, Product teams to drive the commercial success of our joint solutions
Responsibilities
· GTM Solutions: Program manage the initiatives to track end to end life cycle of solutions. Support partnership leaders to track progress to build, commercialize, contracting, tracking and reporting the solution success. Work closely with Sales, GTM, Product teams to drive the commercial success of our joint solutions.
· Partner Funding: Overseeing execution and enablement of global Partner Funding programs; collaborate with Tower leads to prioritize and program manage the funding. Oversee the funding budget, categorization usage and reporting and ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
· Revenue Strategy and Management: Lead the initiative for target setting, planning, tracking and reporting of revenue plan by partner. Oversee all activities to build and publish the plan and track performance on a regular basis along with targets. Advise the team and leaders on risks and corrective actions.
· Operational Design: Support in designing new framework for the operations including Partner registrations, AR, AP, standardized contracting template. Manage the program launch, implementation and oversee the BAU.
· Account Growth Planning: Support partnership leaders with various data analytics for decision-making to increase account penetration, product penetration across business units and geographies. Collaborate with Partner leads to support efforts in designing to continuously improve the selling experience.
· Sales Support: Collaborate with partnership leaders and extend support for sales pitches, collateral, RFPs.
· Performance Monitoring: Support implementation of KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of Global Partnerships business. This would include measurement of leader scorecard metrics at all levels.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the progress of programs, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities as well as impact of the initiatives using appropriate metrics and indicators.
· Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with programs, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organization.
· Cross-Functional Cross-Geo Collaboration: Driving internal governance and breaking down silos to facilitate coordination and collaboration across the Partnerships and other internal functions.
· Business Programs and Execution: Manage the portfolio of programs of the business, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and objectives. Identify, prioritize, and develop framework initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the business.
· Stakeholder Management: Communicate and collaborate with the relevant internal and external stakeholders, building trust and rapport, and ensuring transparency and accountability.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $120,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
