Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Advisory Partner, Life Sciences and Healthcare - Global Lead.
Your responsibilities in this role include leading a team in identifying transformation opportunities within large organizations and driving that transformation through our Advisory, Technology, Digital, AI and Analytics capabilities, using industry leading methodologies. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients as part of our Advisory Team.
Responsibilities
· Lead a global Life Sciences Healthcare Team and Portfolio within the Advisory Organization, reporting to the Head of Global Advisory.
· Establish strong relationships in key prospective LSH Clients to understand their priorities and the state of their business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable the overall success of their business.
· Bring strong advisory experience to elevate point of views, offerings, and outcomes specific and relevant for clients.
· Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level across buying centers.
· Responsible for owning growth within a global portfolio of $10 - $35M through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships; identify/close/deliver consulting opportunities as well as larger transformation opportunities including managed services.
· Build vision for portfolio and enable vision through strategic roadmaps including the creation and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts.
· Keep teams and services apprised of relevant LSH trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and accelerate our growth as an organization.
· Constantly build and maintain subject matter expertise and ensure your team is doing the same.
· Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagements.
· Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated, and scaled.
· Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing relevant white papers.
· Provide consulting industry advisory for clients with a strong ability to derive a transformation roadmap that outlines solutions that integrate process, data, technology and AI to achieve the client’s goals.
· Responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of entire team including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance and exiting team members.
· Provide leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring and development of staff.
· Consult with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues.
· Build meaningful relationships and community within the team.
· Ensure new staff are trained in an efficient and effective way.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in one of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, GenAI or data management
· Relevant years of experience in a leadership position, driving transformation for large organizations within consulting organizations
· Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains
· Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends
· Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
· Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques
· Experience with global clients and stakeholders
· Knowledge of project planning techniques
· Experience leading cross-functional teams
· Experience with effectively influencing C-level customers and internal stakeholders.
· Experience with contract negotiation and drafting.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
· Excellent communication interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
· Excellent presentation skills – in person virtually
· Ability to work effectively in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management
· Well-connected in the market to generate new leads for the business.
· Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black belt)
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$225,000 to $281,500]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
