In Corporate Solutions, we empower our customer’s businesses to succeed through innovative, trusted payment solutions that deliver a seamless digital-first experience around the world. We are disrupting the industry by developing world-class travel and B2B solutions for our corporate clients around the globe.
As a key player in our organization’s digital transformation journey, you will play a critical role in revolutionizing the global financial ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to make data-driven decisions, build and sell first-in-class corporate solutions, and partner with industry leaders to deliver innovative products and solutions for our global clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build global pipeline with our Issuers ensuring that prospective clients meet their criteria and relevance
Build and nurture strategic relationships with our Issuers’ account management (40 resources), sales (25 resources), and TTS teams across key markets
Partner with various organizations and resources to progress and grow our Issuers’ pipelines
Track monthly GDV performance based on new corporate client reporting
Establish cadence of regional and global reviews with Issuer leads and teams
Establish Mastercard as the preferred partner for corporate conferences
Be a trusted advisor for corporate customer needs and solution crafting
Structure pipeline using three following categories:
New Sales (new commercial card accounts to Citi),
Expansions (on existing Mastercard/Citi clients)
Retentions
Partner with resources across regions and multinational team to progress and grow pipelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
Demonstrated experience leading a B2B issuer sales organization
Experience building a B2B sales organization or leading significant transformations of existing organizations and operations
Experience working with or for a corporate or financial institution (nice to have prior B2B payments / Transaction Banking experience)
Excellent Power Point and story building skills to communicate key messages and influence at all levels of leadership
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
Proven experience in defining and execute business strategies with clear results
