THE ROLE The Vice President of Digital Marketing Strategy will lead digital marketing efforts across Live Nation’s core divisions — Concerts, Venues, Ticketing, and Sponsorship. This role involves developing and executing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, enhance fan engagement, and unlock sponsorship opportunities across our live events portfolio. The VP will collaborate closely with senior executives to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of how digital marketing contributes to overall success. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO + Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a global digital marketing strategy aligned with Live Nation’s business goals across live events, while driving cross-functional collaboration with concerts, venues, ticketing, and sponsorship teams. + Drive Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage analytics to monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and optimize marketing efforts (traffic, engagement, ROI), while driving A/B testing and other data-driven tactics for continuous improvement. + Enhance Fan Engagement & Retention: Use digital channels to improve the fan journey from event discovery to show day, implementing personalized campaigns, rewards programs, and leveraging emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI) to boost fan engagement. + Champion Innovation & Technology: Stay ahead of industry trends, champion new digital marketing technologies, and partner with tech teams to create marketing capabilities and automations that streamline operations and enhance the fan experience. + Manage Budget & Resources: Oversee and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results, while managing team and technology costs efficiently. + Lead & Develop Team: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous professional development to stay ahead of industry trends.
