The Vice President, Finance is a key member of the Bridge Logistics Properties Team, which is responsible for ensuring BLP deliverables (property accounting, financial reporting, and valuations) are timely, complete and accurate. This role also assists in the preparation and review of deliverables to key JV and SMA partners, as well as to the Investors in the flagship private funds.
Liaise with Bridge Property Accounting and the BLP accounting team to oversee asset and fund level accounts for BLP assets and vehicles.Manage the overall quarterly asset valuation process, working with the Regional Asset Managers to ensure accurate inputs and reasonable outputs to the DCF-driven valuations of each property.Jointly oversee loan compliance reporting with VP of Finance.Assist Fund Reporting team as needed in facilitating cash management and preparing quarterly investor reporting for JVs, SMAs and the flagship funds.Assist the Corporate Accounting team in ensuring accurate reporting of BLP Fund Manager results.Act as primary contact for Bridge Corporate Investor Relations.What you should bring
7+ years post-undergraduate experience, preferably in a financially related role.4-year College Degree Required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate Management.Some experience in Real Estate required.Work independently and in a team in a deadline driven environment.Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with debt capital markets and loan origination a plus.Experience with Adaptive Insights, Argus, and Yardi a plus.What you can be a part of

Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation.
