Position Summary

As VP FP&A and Controlling for EMEA at Jet Aviation, you will act as a strategic business partner to the SVP Regional Operations while report directly to the Group CFO, driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the region. You’ll lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring smooth execution of global finance initiatives and the implementation of consistent, scalable processes. This role is key to supporting sustainable and profitable growth while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.

Your role Lead and empower a high-performing regional finance team: Guide 60+ finance and accounting professionals across EMEA, fostering a culture of excellence, trust, and continuous development. Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term modeling, and financial reporting to support strategic and operational decisions. Ensure compliance and strengthen financial controls: Maintain alignment with US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal policies; oversee audits, SOX compliance, and finance transformation initiatives including SAP S/4HANA and Basware. Deliver financial insights that drive business performance: Provide actionable analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; support business case development and ongoing performance tracking. Act as a trusted partner and external representative: Collaborate with regional leadership, represent Jet Aviation within the General Dynamics network, and engage with external stakeholders and regulators. Who you are: Professionally qualified: CPA or CA, with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Experienced finance leader: 15+ years in senior roles, ideally within global, matrixed organizations. Analytical and solutions-focused: You rely on data and insights to guide decisions and drive meaningful business outcomes.
