Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develop, measure, and adjust performance results; manage budgets and costs. + Provide vision and strategies, align business goals with regional and organizational strategies of the Midwest Region and Heidelberg Materials organization. + Create production plans, adapt to market conditions. + Lead and develop management, ensure effective talent strategies. + Build key customer relationships, engage with industry and community, direct sales and marketing. + Identify and implement improvements, leverage technology for better customer experience and cost savings. **What Are We Looking For:** + Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. + 10+ years in the construction industry, with exposure to multiple product lines (aggregates preferred). + 7-10 years in sales, operations, or engineering roles, with a focus on safety. + Prior leadership experience required, union environment experience desirable.
