Vice President General Manager (VPGM)\n

The Vice President General Manager (VPGM) of the Southwest Division is an LLC leader and is accountable for the financial health and measurable growth of the Division. This position is responsible for developing and driving market strategy, managing overall operational efficiency and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving the Company's safety mission, and leading Austin Powder's talent management strategies within the Region to optimize the performance and sustainability of the Company. The VPGM reports to the Executive General Manager - West Region. The Southwest Division includes the states of California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.\n
