A Fortune 100 financial company is hiring a Vice President, Global Security Operations Center, to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Northern New Jersey.

This is an exciting chance to lead a true global 24/7/265 SOC and be responsible for improvement, optimization and automation. Well-qualified candidates will have global SOC leadership experience at an enterprise company.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in a dedicated SOC 5+ years of experience leading a SOC Expert experience with documentation, process enhancement and implementation of KPIs and success metrics Expert experience handling security incident handling processes, tools and technologies with a focus on automation Expertise with cybersecurity frameworks and attack methodologies. Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, or GSOC are a plus. Experience with SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation and Response) platforms.
