VP, Go-To-Market Systems
\nWhy We Have This Role:
\nQualtrics is seeking an experienced and transformational Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems leader to help guide the company through the next phase of growth. As the Vice President of GTM Systems, you will own the GTM technology stack, which includes systems strategy, engineering, roadmap development, architecture, integration, data governance, and vendor management, all aimed at driving a simple, efficient, and scalable GTM motion.
\nYou will partner with leadership and team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and our technology vendors and partners. You will report to the Chief Information Officer and will be part of the global IT leadership team responsible for the overall systems, data, and processes that keep Qualtrics running smoothly.
\nHow You’ll Find Success:
\n\nOwn, create, and execute a strategic vision for the ideal state of the GTM technology stack to support Qualtrics’ future growth.\nBuild, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team characterized by strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.\nEnsure that our primary sales, marketing, and customer support systems, as well as core data sets, are designed, evolved, controlled, and managed to support rapid business insights, management decision-making, and high-quality financial reporting.\nAbility to dive into details, collaborate, and build alongside your team. \n\nThings You’ll Do:
\n\nLead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our GTM systems, focusing on scalability, standardization, automation, and efficiency for our frontline teams.\nBuild and maintain a highly effective Quote-to-Cash process.\nOversee the maintenance, integration, and governance of Salesforce and other internal GTM applications.\nCollaborate with our sales operations and functional leaders to establish GTM application roadmaps that create automation and scalability to support growth.\nPlay a vital leadership role in developing our GTM data strategy; alongside our Data and Analytics teams, ensure our core GTM datasets are accurately maintained, allowing for quick and reliable integration of software and services that depend on this data.\nServe as a trusted advisor and strategic leader to understand challenges and scaling needs, while defining and planning for future technology solutions.\nManage subscription billing systems, along with integrations with upstream and downstream platforms such as CPQ, revenue recognition systems, billing and invoicing, and general ledgers.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume:
\n\n15+ years of proven experience in progressive roles focusing on engineering, product development, and Go-To-Market systems, with experience supporting global sales teams.\n8+ years of proven experience leading globally distributed, high-performing teams.\nB2B SaaS experience in providing and managing GTM system programs in a similar role.\nExperience as a product manager for the GTM tech stack, managing technology projects and enhancements.\nSignificant experience in building and maintaining an end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process in a SaaS subscription environment, along with an understanding of the systems that support it.\nExperience with subscription billing systems and integrations with upstream and downstream platforms like CPQ, revenue recognition systems, billing, invoicing, and general ledger.\nExperience managing Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and forecasting, including integrations and marketing automation.\nIn-depth knowledge of the business and technical aspects of evaluating, integrating, and maintaining business systems.\nExperience partnering with application vendors and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver successful system rollouts.\nSuccess in partnering with global and geographically distributed teams to define and implement technology solutions.\nExpertise in software project management (e.g., gathering and developing detailed functional requirements, breaking down complex requirements, capturing detailed acceptance criteria, building release plans, testing, change management, etc.).\nExperience supporting compliance frameworks.\n\n\n
