This role will support the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking. This role will be an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Process Design and Re-engineering. Working in an agile environment partnering with project managers and specialist supporting process change. The HR Delivery Relationship Management Lead is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Lead Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. **In this role ,you are expected to:** + Serve as technical authority for an area within the business providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business as well as provide operational assistance + Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services + Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments + Maintain knowledge of Citi’s operational procedures, best practices in business strategy and process/quality improvements in order to provide customized business solution recommendations to internal clients + Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as needed + Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts + Lead projects across multiple Operations areas, serving as an analytical and/or procedural expert and coach lower level team members on operational processes + Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. + Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. + Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure** + 6-10 years of related experience + Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes + Self-motivated and detail oriented + Proven organization and time management skills + Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience + Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Ensure all stakeholders are kept regularly informed of progress to closure. Executive support/case management - Ensures that cases / tickets opened for senior employees are handled and resolved on a timely basis. Maintain regular touchpoint with HR partners and relevant stakeholders - Ensure effective delivery and execution of processes through partnering with HR to translate policies into operational processes, identifying key controls, capacity planning, driving improvement and measuring performance - Gain trust and build strategic relationship with HR Partners, HRSS Pillar leads and relevant stakeholders and maintain regular touchpoint, joins the monthly meetings. Play the role of an advisor/partner and build strategic relationship with Country, Regional, Product HR partners to identify sustainable actions, drive common practices and eliminate pain points. - Understand the operating model and recommend viable solutions to problems based on the feedback from the Relationship Managers, HRSS Pillar Process Reviews, improvement, investigation, root cause analysis and resolution - Play the role of an advisor/partner and build strategic relationship with Country, Regional, Product HR partners to identify sustainable actions, drive common practices and eliminate pain points. - Conduct Monthly and/or Quarterly meeting with CHROs and O&T Heads, Cluster CHROs, HRPS, COEs and HR partner, as applicable - Support the execution of initiatives that come as part of the VOP surveys. - Responsible for the strategy of creating and sustaining effective partnership with HR and O&T partners through collaboration on strategies and initiatives, propose automation and efficiency opportunities in the process based on the feedback of key partners (pillars/ CHROs etc.) Lead HRSS country/pillar huddles - Liaise and collaborate with Regional Stakeholder Services relationship managers and representatives, Regional Office, CSC and local HR partners to execute business initiatives Perform Projects and Initiatives implementation - Steer global/ regional priorities and projects for country(ies) under scope in partnership with the operational services and global processes. - Discuss strategic topics, progress of initiatives and action plans, results and metrics with stakeholders including Country Senior Management Reponsible for aligning the interaction model with all relevant stakeholders and HRSS pillars.
