Reporting directly to the Group Vice President of Human Resources for Discrete Automation, dotted to the President of Discrete Automation Business Unit Americas and in close partnership with the President of Branson, you will be a critical part of the world area leadership team driving the people strategy, leading a large team of expert HR professionals and modernizing our HR function to create the exceptional employee experience and impact

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will:
Design and drive unified strategic HR plan, programs, and practices across the world area, with measurable metrics that support business and employee engagement goals. Build organizational capability through ownership of organization configuration and people management processes including organization structure and function, organization footprint, talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, employee development, organizational planning and retention. Drive transformation programs that ensure continuous modernization of the people strategy pillars including organization configuration, talent performance and development, employee engagement and communication, total rewards, and recognition, and finally safety and environmental health. Drive our Culture Transformation, by crafting an outstanding and modern Employee Experience through all Human Resources touch points throughout an employee journey and continued development of management and leadership effectiveness. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs / strategies and regulatory actions on those items affecting the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the people resources of the organization. Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets. Benchmark industry and local standard methodologies to set stretch performance targets. Establish credibility throughout the organization by being an effective listener, mentor, and problem solver, as well as continuous data quality improvement. Work with corporate and group partners to address world area needs and implement global initiatives. Foster a culture where ownership of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; along with Environment Health and Safety is adopted by all employees. Constantly make efforts to understand the pains of our organization through Employee Listening Programs and through direct feedback to drive continuous improvements.Who You Are:
