Principal Responsibilities

Work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to come up with prospects and potential customers with due regard to customer business activities and the range of commercial banking solutions availableProactively understand our customers’ needs to identify any new potential requirements and better enable development of the existing portfolioReview the Banks development objectives whilst ensuring customer needs are metEnhance service levels by resolving customer complaints and responsively acting on special requests in order to secure customer satisfactionAssist Division Head of Investment in reviewing progress against division goals and business planning to achieve business objectives
