Responsibilities:

Support the origination and execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients in the telecom and digital infrastructure sectors, including buy and sellside M&A, cross-border transactions and capital markets processes (debt and equity offerings).

Prepare materials for clients and participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination and execution.

Lead due diligence processes for investment banking transactions, including buy and sell-side M&A, crossborder transactions, and capital markets processes (debt and equity offerings).

Prepare industry analysis for clients to support their strategic positioning and help them explore strategic alternatives.

Prepare financial analysis, including leveraged buyout (LBO) analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, comparative company analysis and sum of parts analysis.

Lead teams of junior investment bankers including analysts and associates and liaise with other internal and external parties on client coverage, origination and transaction execution.

Draft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, and other documents related to investment banking transactions.

Support internal transaction and capital commitment committee processes including Equity Commitment Committee and Leveraged Finance Committee.

Conduct detailed market analysis and competitive benchmarking within the telecoms sector, including identifying key market trends, regulatory impacts, technological cycles (e.g.

5G and fiber) and strategic opportunities.

Evaluate mergers & acquisitions, including synergy analysis, strategic fit and transaction structuring.

Prepare financial analysis, including leveraged buyout (LBO) analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF), M&A transaction pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis and sum of parts (SOTP) analysis.

Conduct research using FactSet and Bloomberg to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.

Prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings with potential investors.

Apply advanced knowledge of accounting standards, including U.S.

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related: and

4 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.

Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:

15% domestic/ international travel, as necessary.
