As a Learning and Talent Advisor in the APAC Corporate and Investment Banking Learning and Talent Advisory team, you will support the APAC region across 14 markets. Reporting to the Talent Advisory Lead for Corporate and Investment Banking and Corporate Functions, you will manage relationships with senior management and business leaders, using your consulting and advisory skills to drive strategic learning and talent development objectives aligned with global and regional business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to diagnose training needs and skill gaps, and deliver high-quality technical and professional training programs to advance employee knowledge and capabilities.Understand the global talent management strategy; responsible for end to end delivery of targeted talent strategies in the region for developing, retaining, and optimizing key talent pools.Partner with global colleagues to effectively deliver line of business specific learning program and learning curriculum, in partnership with internal subject matter experts, or via vendor resources.Partner with the regional team to deliver specific learning curriculum/ learnings weeks across select APAC countries. Use data analytics to create scorecards and reports for management updates, and analyze employee engagement surveys to diagnose organizational issues.Collaborate with global learning and talent colleagues to share best practices and represent regional needs in global forums.Coach individuals to improve performance using tools such as MBTI, Hogan Development Survey, and relevant coaching techniques.As Learning Partner for the Singapore location, responsible for strategizing on the ‘people agenda’ for the location in partnership with the location management team and Singapore HR head; as well as executing on the agreed agenda.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum 8 years of work experience with exposure to organization developmentMinimum of bachelors degree or equivalentPrior experience in designing and delivering professional skills training; developing content for offsites and management workshopsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across global teams and in matrix environment.Experience working with senior internal clients and building strong relationships at all organizational levels.Excellent project management and planning skills with a proven track record of delivering programs at scale.Good understanding of organisation development tools as well as strong facilitation skills at all levels of the organization.Highly effective analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, effective, and concise reporting.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Prior experience in a multinational financial sector is highly preferred.
