Manage and Govern utilization of core Non-Financial Risk data to support MSS Risk Management framework.Perform Analysis of data and extract themes that can be written up for senior management Lead the a data driven culture in Non-Financial Risk Management.Manage senior stakeholders across MSS Operations to ensure NFR activities are appropriately received.Ability to positively influence and effectively communicate with stakeholders across the businessAbility to multi task, manage disparate stakeholders, build consensus, and implement effective business solutionsActively promotes a positive control culture across the organizationA committed team player, committed to coaching individuals within the team and supporting them to achieve their own personal development plansEnsure all relevant policy is adhered toDrive a more proactive risk management framework through enhanced reporting and analyticsDrive a management by metrics mindset both functionally and across Markets and Securities Services Ops
