The Vice President, Mid-Market Sales Manager will focus on growing our business and generating revenue by leading a team of Sales Reps who sell products and services to prospective clients across Canada. Your team will work closely with many of our existing referral partners as well as JPMorgan Bankers and Merchant Services colleagues to help drive new business. New opportunities will be driven by leveraging your own creativity and working collaboratively across the bank and other key partnerships channels.

This role will report to the Executive Director of Sales in Canada and will be integral to the achievement of our overall growth objectives.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading sales teams in the B2B segment. Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of payments solutions (merchant acquiring) that are relevant to the Mid-Market segment, within the payments or banking industry Results-oriented with a proven track record of motivating, leading and coaching a group of Mid-Market sales professionals to achieve sales goals related to volume, revenue, new merchant count, margin growth, and product-related objectives. Proven record of effective pipeline management and coaching. University degree preferred
