Responsibilities/QualificationsFirst Equity Mortgage, a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic Vice President - National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgagesEnsure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goalsStaff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectivesManage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workloadProvide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketingMonitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid riskKnowledge and Skills:
Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented with strong organization and negotiation skills
Analytical problem solver with the ability to see the big picture
High level of personal and professional integrity
Customer focused, self-motivated and positive attitude
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
College degree required, in related field preferredValid NMLS licenseMinimum 8-10 years personal Mortgage Loan Originator experienceMinimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experienceExperience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plusThis position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office.
