Scope of Responsibilities: Oversees the operations of various employees when their work relates to areas defined in the job responsibilities listed below. Responsibilities Responsible for the development and management of the Noble Health Services Sales teamResponsible for profitable top line sales growth for Noble Health ServicesCommunicate with internal management of each business unit regarding new or expanded business opportunities and service level feedback from customers and clients Work with Noble and KPH Healthcare Services Contracting Departments to ensure existing and new contracts preserve or allow for future business growth of Noble Health ServicesRepresent Noble Health Services at external public events and other commercial business divisions as neededWork with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate legislative and regulatory developments and if appropriate, develop company response Coordinate relationship opportunities with commercial business divisions and their customers / patientsLead, coordinate, develop and manage all relationships with Pharma partners, prospective Pharma partners and other stakeholders related to those activities (data aggregators, hub services etc.)Responsible for strategic development of programs that support sales/profit growth of Noble Health Services. Develop relationships and partnerships for collaboration purposes to support new business opportunities. Coordinate, design, and identify specific details of new business opportunities with the appropriate internal and external personnel. Participate in general oversight of the pilot phase of the program. Responsible for supporting Commercial Business Development as neededAssist in the budgetary planning process and development of department business planProvide general management and assistance to other areas of the company as needed Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsCoordinate with other Vice Presidents across areas of responsibility to ensure optimal performance of your team and theirsCommunicate with team members of other Vice Presidents to ensure optimal performance of your team and theirsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsJob Skills Required:

Experience:
Preferred: Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy Sales, Operations and / or business management including successful sales growth initiativesSales Team LeadershipPharmaceutical Manufacturer Relationship Experience
Compensation
$150,000-175,000 per year.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
