Vice President of Global HR Service Delivery

Primary Objective

The Vice President of Global HR Service Delivery will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the execution of HR processes throughout the team member lifecycle across the global organization. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, HR Service Enablement and partner with Global HRBP Senior Leaders, HR Service Enablement Leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence Leaders to ensure alignment on business priorities and to deliver globally consistent and scalable service to the organization. 

Responsibilities

Develops and executes the HR service delivery strategy aligned with overall business goals. 

Implements SLAs and performance metrics to ensure HR services are delivered efficiently and effectively while keeping the team member experience at the center of every service.

Drives a culture of excellence and superior service delivery to team members and leaders across the organization and regularly seeks feedback from these key stakeholders. 

Identifies continuous opportunities to expand and improve HR Service Delivery, prioritizing as appropriate, in order to meet business needs.

Collaborates with HR Leadership to ensure alignment and integration of HR services with broader HR initiatives to include Total Rewards, Talent Management, etc.

Oversees the team responsible for driving process efficiencies throughout the team member lifecycle for all regions with a global alignment to include: New Hire Administration and Onboarding, Team Member Data Administration (HRIS transactions, Data Management, etc.), Team Member Inquiries, and Offboarding Administration

Oversees the Team Member Relations team responsible for working directly with managers and team members to resolve team member matters for an assigned geographic region, to include: Manager and escalated Team Member inquiries, Conduct investigations thoroughly and timely, Provide expert guidance on employment related matters beyond the day to day, Execute workforce migrations, as required (RIFs, site closures, etc.), and Guide leaders through performance management concerns

Ensures the team’s compliance with all relevant and applicable regional regulatory requirements, employment laws and corporate policies.

Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge and Skill Required

Strong knowledge and understanding of HR legislation, employment law, principles, policies, and procedures

Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday

Ability to utilize all Google Workspace tools (Gmail, GDrive, GDoc, GSlide, GSheet, GForms)

Ability to coordinate with a diverse set of stakeholders

Proven ability leading large-scale HR programs from design to deployment in a global environment

Energized by speed with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities creating a sense of urgency

Experience 

15+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR Operations or Shared Services with a focus on innovative, fast-growing workforces, ideally in a global publicly traded organization

5+ years in a leadership role within Human Resources, preferably in HR Service Delivery

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Physical Requirements

Aligns to US Business Hours

Sitting a minimum of 8 hours a day

Participating in conference calls via phone or video

Ability to travel
