Emler Swim School, rapidly growing and continually providing exceptional service for young families in communities, seeks a Vice President of Marketing. Responsible for leading our marketing efforts and driving impactful strategies that fuel business growth. This executive plays a critical role in defining the Company’s brand identity, shaping customer engagement strategies, and ensuring the success of all marketing initiatives. They thrive in a fast-paced, growing business, even amid significant change, balancing critical priorities and projects while implementing process changes and initiatives in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide Strategic Leadership. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive market growth.Develop and Strengthen the Company Brand(s). Enhance the company’s brand position and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Generate Demand. Implement and manage data-driven demand generation strategies, leveraging tools such as HubSpot to build a high-quality sales pipeline.Ensure a Best-in-Class, effective digital presence. Oversee the development and optimization of the company’s website and digital assets using platforms like WordPress, ensuring seamless user experiences.Provide and Effectively use Analytics and Insights to stay informed and drive results. Utilize GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and other advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance, refine strategies, and maximize ROI.Drive engaging and effective Content Marketing, including the creation of compelling content to engage target audiences and differentiate the brand in competitive markets.Data-Driven Decision-Making. Leverage analytics and reporting to understand customer behavior, optimize marketing initiatives, and ensure ROI across all campaigns.Customer Insights. Leverage market research and analytics to understand customer needs, monitor trends, and identify growth opportunities.Performance Metrics. Establish KPIs, track the performance of marketing initiatives, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Digital Transformation. Lead efforts to enhance digital marketing capabilities, leveraging technology and data to reach target audiences effectively.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.Collaboration. Partner closely with Ops, IT, Call Center and other key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with company goals.
COMPETENCIES, REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience (10+ years) as a marketing leaderMinimum BS/BA in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of analytics-driven decision making, with experience using metrics to drive decisions

Experience within a private equity-owned or fast-paced, growth-focused organizationHubSpot, WordPress, GA4 experience a plus
