Vice President of Marketing
Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to drive growth and innovation? Millennium is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead our strategic Marketing efforts. In this role, you will oversee the marketing team to develop and execute data-driven campaigns focused on client segmentation, acquisition, and retention. You will be instrumental in building and strengthening Millennium's brand presence, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and enhancing the overall client experience. Your work will be pivotal in positioning Millennium as an industry leader by leveraging market insights, optimizing digital resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and marketing. Driving Impact Through: + Providing strategic leadership to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with Millennium’s goals and objectives. + Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention. + Leading the development and implementation of a brand strategy that enhances Millennium’s market positioning and visibility. + Overseeing the creation and optimization of digital marketing initiatives, including website management, eCommerce, and content strategy + Collaborating closely with sales leadership to integrate marketing strategies with sales objectives, optimizing lead generation and conversion. + Utilizing market intelligence and analytics to inform marketing strategies, drive decision-making, and adjust tactics based on performance data. + Managing the planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns to maximize brand exposure and lead generation. + Fostering a high-performance marketing team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development. Qualifications: + A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). + 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in leadership roles. + Proven success in client segmentation, acquisition, and retention strategies. + Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and data-driven decision-making. + Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. + A knack for thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on integrated sales and marketing strategies.
