RHOME (Associa’s Residential Rental Property Management Company) is currently seeking a Vice President of Rentals for its residential management portfolios.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nOversee, recruit, train, manage, and motivate a team of National Directors who oversee Regional and Branch operations as part of the overall product delivery of 3rd party, for-fee, property management of single-family, multi-family, and vacation rental properties.\nEnsure each Director and Regional Manager has specific plans and measurable goals in the following categories:\n\nBusiness Development (Organic Growth Focus)\nClient Retention\nOperations Structure and Customer Service Delivery\nFinancial Management\n\n\nActively monitor and report monthly Key Performance Indicators across all rental branches to hold them accountable on performance.\nSupport Rentals Senior Vice President on monthly branch budget performance and proactively act where needed to correct budget misses.\nLead in development proficiency in central software platforms to document, track, and report operational performance across the rentals network to ensure visibility and accountability in all key areas outlined by the rentals executive team.\nResponsible for ongoing talent development and achievement of branch improvement plans.\nActively monitor regional performance against plans and initiate appropriate action.\nThis position reports to the Senior Vice President of Rentals\n\n Requirements\n10+ years Property Management Industry experience;\nCollege Degree preferred;\nStrong analytical skills;\nStrong aptitude as well as proven track record in effective decision making and problem solving;\nAbility to multitask and prioritize critical items moment to moment;\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal;\nStrong listening skills including customer service and teamwork orientation with the ability to empathize and provide personal coaching to staff;\nSignificant Business Development, Service Delivery, and Financial Management experience;\nProven ability to achieve results through leading others;\nTravel involved\n
