We are seeking a Vice President of Operations for our Fellowship Square organization. This role will have full operational and financial responsibility of our premier Retirement/Senior Living Community, Managing, Maintaining Occupancy, Resident Experience, Customer Service, Hospitality, and Culture.
This executive position is responsible for overseeing all departments and operations across the Phoenix and Cottonwood campuses. This individual will work closely with company executives and management to implement the Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Initiatives of Christian Care/Fellowship Square to ensure that our employees have a clear understanding of the organization’s values and goals.
This position will implement a high-tech, high-touch, customized consumer experience program that focuses on health, well-being, and engagement to enable our Residents to thrive and live with purpose. This individual is part of the company's senior leadership team.
Responsibilities Full financial responsibility and stewardship for the campus, including growth and enhancement of, Occupancy, Resident Experience, Customer Service, Hospitality, and Christian Care/Fellowship Square, Culture.In line with the Consolidated Strategy List (Strategic Plan), develop quantifiable tactical initiatives with measurable results.Develop multi-year strategic investment in Capital Projects and Improvements that considers current asset-valuation, ROI, and sustainability.Develop comprehensive facility maintenance and improvement plans for strategic investment in sustainability and efficiency.Develop effective Staffing Models needed and identify changes.Lead departments and operations of the respective campus.Budget for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs.Work closely with Corporate HR to implement and refine company initiatives to enhance employee engagement and assure consistent application of policies and procedures.Track unforeseen issues and troubleshooting.Represent the Mission, Vision, and Values of Christian Care/Fellowship Square for external and internal events.Monitor the competitive landscape and attend industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to assess to capitalize on best practice and innovative trends.Identify high-potential leaders for training and development for future management roles.This job description is not all inclusive of all duties. Other duties may be assigned.Supervisory Responsibility:
Provide training and development of Supervisory interpersonal skill sets that motivate and engage all employees.Collaborate with the CHRO to identify select staff candidates for intensive Leadership Training. Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in managing operations within the Senior Living or hospitality industries, is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills required.10 to 15 years of managerial experience in Senior Living, with an emphasis on “Independent Living” or similar experience in hospitality preferred.Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience required.Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring, measuring, and meeting quarterly and annual goals.Experience building and scaling teams and systems.Excellent communication skills required, and a high degree of honesty and integrity are essential for this job function.The ability to analyze data and make adjustments based on experience required.Mastery of Problem-Solving skills required.An entrepreneurial spirit.Preferred Skills:
