Job Summary: The Vice President (Branch) is responsible for development and implementation of the strategic vision and planning of a branch. The Vice President assists with the day to day leadership and management and presentingthe appropriate image to the public, and assisting with the management of short- and long-range goals of thebranch. Vice Presidents oversee a variety and sizes of branches with different structures, and, thus, the specificduties and responsibilities will vary. Vice Presidents assist directly the supervision of the branch levelmanagement. A Vice President assists with the budget, fiscal management and financial health of the branch.
\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\nProvide leadership and oversight in general operations of the branch.\nMonitor performance of overarching goals and initiatives for the branch.\nEstablish positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at the branch level.\nAssist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n RequirementsKnowledge and Skills:
\n\nKnowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\nEducation and Experience:
\n\nBachelor’s Degree Required\nMaster of Business Administration Degree Preferred\n10+ years of directly related or closely related experience\n7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience\n7 – 10 years of Community Association experience\n\nCertifications or Licenses:
\n\nIndustry Specific Certification\nLocation Specific License\n\nTravel Requirements:
\n\nLimited travel may be required\n\n\nWorking Conditions:
