We’re currently seeking a Vice President of Procurement responsible for leading procurement globally, developing sourcing strategies, optimizing processes and inventory while leading the team.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies for procurement to optimize quality, cost savings and inventory levels Lead the procurement and supply chain team and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship Manage procurement and inventory budgets, and ensure products meet or exceed pricing Lead negotiation on purchase contracts, vendor qualification process and oversees vendor compliance Manage lifecycle of contracts, monitor performance and enforce terms and conditions Manage relationship with suppliers and evaluate supplier performance Identify efficiencies and improve processes within procurement and inventory

Desired Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in business, supply chain, or related, master’s degree considered an asset 10+ years supply chain, procurement, and contract management experience with 3+ years leadership Working knowledge of procurement, contract law and supply chain management principles Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills Analytically minded with success recognizing trends and driving strategic decisions
